A Vero Beach island resident since 2000 and real estate professional since 2003, Rosalie Webster, strengths are: Relator, Ideation, Positivity, Results and Strategic, balanced with integrity she provides quality service for her customers. "I truly believe, no matter what you do, it is all about the relationships. I listen to understand what is really important to my customer, so that I can make the home buying or selling experience, the best it can be for them; It’s not about me. Rosalie is actively involved in the community. A long-time member of Vero Fitness with her spouse Jim, a member and volunteer at the Vero Beach Museum of Art, a former Indian River County Chamber of Commerce (IRCCC) Ambassador and speaker-alumni for their Leadership Program, and she co-chaired the Hibiscus Children's Gala for two years. Rosalie holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management/Organization Development, and maintains her professional certifications. She is the Program Chair for the Treasure Coast HR Association since 2017, and is an executive coach and consultant, for a major health-care organization.
